Fairacres

Originally a large family farm in the 1800s, this land was later subdivided and developed into Kingsport’s Fairacres — Dobyns Addition. It adjoins the “Super Highway” (US 11W/Stone Drive) on the north all the way to historic White City, so named because all the homes were required to have a white painted exterior. Peaceful and family-friendly, Fairacres maintains one of the oldest and most active neighborhood associations.
