Riverview

The center of activity for this family-friendly neighborhood of townhomes and two- to three-bedroom homes is Riverview Park with its famous Riverview Splash Pad and the V.O. Dobbins Recreation Center. Childcare and after-school programs are located right in the neighborhood and residents can take part in a community garden. Contrary to its name, Riverview does not have a view of the Holston River, but is just a short bike or car ride away where residents can boat, fish or hike. Neighbors can also bike or take a leisurely walk to downtown Kingsport.
